Kairos and Associates

Our core purpose is to help Christian churches and ministries realize the resources needed to achieve their dreams and visions

Kairos is a national Resource Development group that works with faith based communities and organizations across the country. They have partnered with over

2,000 ministries, helping them, and the people connected to them, experience inspired generosity. A core value in their work is that they don’t simply attend to the needs of the organization, but pay close attention to the individuals who engage their ministry and the needs they have for experiencing life-transforming generosity.

Kairos' vision is to "Inspire the world to be more generous and loving. One church at a time...one person at a time." At the heart of this is a deep understanding of the ministry God has given us–discipling faith based communities and organizations through a season of embracing and expanding their higher calling. Kairos works with you, cultivating vision, faith, and courage to help you inspire generosity, embrace your ministry's missional identity, and lift up and claim the transformative power of giving.

The Joshua Group

The Joshua Group's core purpose is about moving congregations and ministries to places of energy and transformaton for the sake of the mission they claim as central to their destiny and purpose.

The Joshua Group has developed a trademarked process called Purpose Mapping. This process walks organizations through deep listening and discovery in order to gather valuable data and input for constructing a unique Travel Plan for their ministry. A variety of tools have been developed to assist in this process, as well as a unique set of way points that every organization is asked to give energy and focus.

Leadership Laboratory

Do not give up, never get discouraged:

there is always another step to take.

Ernest Shackleton

Training alone is insufficient to produce more and better leaders. Acquisition of leadership skills is a much more holistic process than that. Leadership Laboratory offers a more expansive set of experiences for Christian ministry professionals to advance their leadership skills.

Learning to lead is a matter for the whole community. Leaders are not developed in a vacuum. Our program creates a faith community team to guide and support the pastoral leader who is the primary student in the program. The Faith Community Praxis Team will support their leader through the program, help them choose three worthy Praxis projects to learn from, offer constructive and consistent feedback on their progress. Additionally, the assigned coach will also work with the Praxis Team to help them understand their organizational culture and system and how it affects, positively and negatively, the leadership environment within the community.
